About Heather D. Rubino
Heather’s diverse practice includes business and transactional matters, estate planning and personal injury. She represents and advises individuals and small businesses in a variety of matters, including formation of corporate entities and partnerships, contract formation and advice related to general business matters. Heather takes pride in walking her client’s through the intricacies of complex legal matters and providing efficient and effective representation.
Heather also represents injured individuals in personal injury matters. Navigating the legal system is always challenging for litigants, even more so when one has been forced into the situation by a negligent party. Heather assists victims of negligence by ensuring they receive adequate compensation for their injuries. She provides professional and compassionate representation.
Heather served as President of the San Joaquin County Bar Association (2019) and received the 2017 Outstanding New Lawyer Award. She has served as Chair of the San Joaquin County Bar Association Program Committee and Women Lawyers Section. She is also a member of the Consuelo M. Callahan Inn of Court. Heather has founded and continues to participate in local charitable causes and organizations and finds great joy in giving back to San Joaquin County residents.
Heather received her B.S. with a major in Government from California State University, Sacramento and her J.D. from Humphrey’s College, Lawrence Drivon School of Law. Heather graduated in May 2010, and has been licensed by the State Bar of California and the Eastern District of California Federal Court since December 2010.
